Haruhi is without a doubt a handful.

She’s very demanding, assertive, and strangely good at undressing other women. Which is not so rare in the anime community.

Her ‘specific’ situation on the other hand, is an entirely different thing.

She has a loyal fanbase because she’s cute beyond belief. And her rare genuine moments pull at the heart strings and make Haruhi Bible sales go through the roof.
