Amy Pond (Karen Gillan) is a beloved character from the long-running British TV show Doctor Who. She's a companion of the eleventh doctor incarnation (Matt Smith).

Amy first met the doctor as a child after he crash-landed in her backyard, and had very exciting time-traveling trips with him, meeting the future Queen Elizabeth X of England and visiting 1580 Venice with her husband as a wedding gift from the doctor. So many fans love her for her boldness and head-strong demeanor.
