Review of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

Aside from some the entertaining online multiplayer, campaign, and decent controls, the game overall is mediocre. There's not as much value in its game design compared with the best FPS games like GoldenEye 007, Halo, and Half-Life 2. Most important of all, the overall pro-war story and disgusting quotes at every death is so unethical. It's clear the military recruiting and the gaming industry propagandized young people to think participating in illegal wars is somehow "cool."
