Monty Python's Life of Brian

This is, for me, the best film of the British comedy group Monty Python. More basting that "Knights of the Square Table" and less pretentious than "The Meaning of Life", the various sketches, here, have greater coherence and substance criticism. Even the production design is more elaborate, with the soundtrack and songs. The script, the best, no doubt, interpretations, satire oozes everywhere.

"Life of Brian" criticizes the urgent need for the human being to believe in a savior, someone who represents divine rules that give explanation to the succession of events, critical human faith, the principle of transcendence ... "Why is your God will be more absurd than mine?"

Here the criticism and ridicule is far more radical against the political class and against the man as an individual, giving us the opportunity to laugh at ourselves, and in this aspect, where "Life of Brian" is enlarged to become a unique comedy.
