I saw it, back then, when it came out in the movie theater and I thought it was pretty good, no more no less. James McAvoy was just up and coming ('The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe' in 2005 then 'The Last King of Scotland' in 2006 then 'Atonement' in 2007 and then this flick!) and I must say the introduction was just awesome. The visuals were great and it was just plain hilarious. Picture this : You have the dullest job in the world and someday, Angelina Jolie comes and tell you 'Just drop everything! You are about to become a awesome hitman...' Just great! Then, I must say, the story got a little too pedestrian for my taste and even though I enjoyed the curved bullets the first time, they did repeat this trick way too often. Furthermore, the ending was also really preposterous and rather boring for my taste. Still, there were some awesome action scenes and the directing style was just full of adrenalin and downright entertaining. To conclude, just forget 'Salt', this flick may not be a masterpiece but it is a very well made and highly enjoyable action flick and it is definitely worth a look.
