Nowadays, I have Netflix and Popcorn and not only I have since then an endless selection of movies to choose from but, as a result, I have become slightly more picky regarding the movies I watch. Before, I used to watch pretty much anything as long as it was starring one or two actors I was interested in and, as a result, I would sometimes end up watching some really obscure features. This movie was a perfect example and the only reason I watched it was because it was starring Val Kilmer. By the way, what happened to this guy?!!? Indeed, back in the 90's, he was on the A list but nowadays, he makes about 6 movies a year and most of them are some rather worthless direct-to-dvd releases like this movie. In fact, the original concept was not bad and it had some potential but the end-results was just pretty weak. Basically, they tried to make some kind of futuristic Bourne flick with some corporate conspiracy but a big issue was, that instead of Matt Damon, you had Cuba Gooding Jr. playing the Bourne part... Anyway, the directing was weak and the acting was not convincing whatsoever. To conclude, even though the whole thing did have some potential, it was just plain average and it is not worth a look whatsoever.
