Hellboy II: The Golden Army

An excellent sequel to an excellent first movie. Guillermo del Toro was able to do so much more with this second Hellboy film (and I sure hope for a third one!) because he was given more $$ :). With elements reminiscent of the also excellent film, Pan's Labyrinth, Hellboy II is full of great action and fight sequences, as well as a great story that keeps you watching from beginning to end...and looking forward to more when it comes to a close.

I really enjoyed this sequel, perhaps even a bit more than I enjoyed the first movie, which doesn't happen often with sequels. Usually the sequel disappoints, but not in this case!
