An average movie

Honestly, with a title like this, you pretty know what you will get even before watching this flick. I guess, my wife would have been more attracted to it than me since it is because of her that we own right now 5 dogs but anyway, since I have a weak spot for Diane Lane, I still wanted to check this flick. To be honest, he doesn't really have a huge range as an actress and she actually always plays the same character but she does it very well and she is always charismatic. This time, she was working with John Cusack on a romantic-comedy so I thought it could be pretty good but, unfortunately, the end result was rather underwhelming. I mean, come on, the whole routine of the friends and family putting her on a dating site without her approval but of course, she still falls in love with the guy anyway, is just so old, boring, predictable and completely overdone at this point. To conclude, even though the actors were all quite nice, charming and all the story was unfortunately not really entertaining whatsoever and the whole thing is eventually not really worth a look, even if you like the genre.
