Is a group of adolescents who have powers from an experiment and are persecuted by the army that are a group of pathetic one-dimensional villains. It is full of ridiculous and childlike drama, battles are based only on power ups, concervan completely irrelevant characters only to add more pathetic drama, his animation is bad for his time as was the first opening that is almost a storyboard, the second is flashback and the third is horrible as its sequel where not much animation.
