A bad movie

Obviously, I didn't expect much from this flick but since I have a weak spot for Jennifer Lopez, I thought I might as well check it out. The first ย thing that popped up to my mind while watching this movie was how enthusiastic Roger Ebert was about Jennifer Lopez went she got her first starring parts. Seriously, at the time, he was arguing that she was one of the most talented actresses of her generation. Well, I wonder what he would say if he could see the garbage she is making nowadays. This movie was a just fine example. Seriously, it was quite terrible. I mean, it is pretty obvious that they wanted go for some kind of remake of 'Fatal Attraction' with a male stalker this time around but the end-result was just pathetic. Indeed, I don't think there was one single line of dialogue that wasn't truly laughable. Furthermore, if the whole point of the movie was to have a mature woman having sex with a high-school student, then they shouldn't have picked up an actor who was almost 30 years old. Concerning Jennifer Lopez, I can understand the appeal of showing up in an erotic thriller and proving to the world that she is still a really hot MILF but maybe she should try in the future something that requires some actual acting skills. Anyway, to conclude, it was really weak and I don't think it is worth a look at all.
