Only when one of the women, Robyn (Pam Dawber), starts putting the pieces together, do the other wives Lillian (Kathleen Lloyd) and Katy (Joanna Kerns) even begin to suspect that Grayson's frequent out-of-town trips are not professional nature. Ironically, audience sympathy is with the bigamous Grayson throughout the film--especially at the end, in which the three woman turn upon each other over base financial matters!
