Review of Gutterballs

So I have a feeling that I am going to be greatly disturbed and offended by this one. It sounds quite unpleasant, but I figured I would see how messed up I would feel. Nobody here is recognizable. The only thing I have seen by the director is Evil Feed which he only wrote. That one had been pretty awful. I'm really just here seeing as I'm a bit of a gorehound with movies. Well now I know the kills will be the only thing worth it as the acting is dreadful and it looks so low budget. I feel it maybe be purposeful as it does look like maybe it takes place late 70s or early 80s. You would think the cops would be called in this situation. This is definitely graphic in more ways than one. I hope all those dirtbags die horrible deaths. There is always one though who doesn't like the extremes, but isn't much better since they do nothing to stop it. Really that's what they feel is too far!? You know the acting makes sense if you think about this in the style of 70s/80s sleazefest films. I knew some of the twist was obvious, but other bits weren't so much. That ending was just crazy. I can say I wasn't expecting to see what was shown in some cases. I mean it gets much more graphic than with just gore. It's definitely not for the sensitive or easily offended. It was even a bit rough for me to get through at times. Nothing went as I thought it would which is a plus. The gore was good and at times so ridiculous that it was kind of hilarious. Is it a good movie? Not by any standard of the word. It's a gory homage to sleaze films from back in the day. It's like I Spit on Your Grave and Last House on the Left with dumb humor and bad acting thrown in. It's also highly offensive throughout with it's themes and such. So with that said I would say go ahead and skip this one unless it's your kind of thing I guess.
