Review of Barbershop 2: Back in Business

So I enjoyed the first one well enough that I decided to go ahead and continue on with the series fairly quickly. Don D. Scott is the only returnee for behind the scenes as the writer for this installment of the series. Kevin Rodney Sullivan takes over as the director. I have only seen Guess Who by him which was a fairly enjoyable movie. Many of the actors returned here which is always nice to see. I find it interesting that they started it like that. It's a sad reality that is a constant struggle to this day. Oh I like how they used the credit sequence to progress through the years. Yeah you better be scared. All I am saying is apple juice lol. He's over here making getting a haircut like going to a circus lol. Ricky is one of my favorite characters for sure. Aww man now the villain is on the more legal side of the spectrum in this than the first one. Man he serious about her! That's some love at first sight type of stuff for sure. I like that sort of musicality going on with the barbershop sounds. Okay that was pretty funny. Rules are made to be broken lol. Yeah I kind of felt that was coming. He deserved that for sure. Wow that was actually pretty awesome and powerful! Oh man that's just not fair. That was a pretty decent ending. I loved getting to know our characters more as well as many of the new ones. In my opinion this was about equal to the first one in enjoyability. There were a few stand out moments throughout. There were also some nice jokes spread around. It's definitely worth the watch in my opinion.
