So I remember seeing the trailer for this and being impressed. The names involved aren't very huge, but that doesn't always matter if the story and acting is done well. It looks like this is the debut for writer/directer Steven Gomez. Let's see how he fairs as a first timer. So far it's okay. Not much going on yet except getting to know the characters and sort of the world. It definitely has a mysterious vibe about it. Not sure yet what it is though. What exactly is she an android or just modified? Well that answers that. Something wicked i amiss. Well damn I wasn't expecting that! Those are some brutal sounding gunshots. That's not at all concerning! I love these robot designs. That went a different and more unique route than I had anticipated. I wasn't expecting this to feel like it has horror elements, but it does. Damn that was actually pretty gut wrenching. Well that doesn't seem like a good sign at all. The final battle was pretty good. The action is great and intense. It's in my opinion unpredictable. I definitely recommend people check this out. It's a nice little hidden gem.
