Review of Treasure Buddies

I'm finally at the second to last film of the series. Everyone behind the scenes is of course the same. People are recast as usual. There are even some who returned from old films and the like. Richard Riehle and Lochlyn Munro return to the series for their second time. The camel I feel is going to frustrate me. I am happy there will be a Capuchin again though. Of course he moved to Fernfield. Wow they managed to connect the Buds as grandpups. Cleocatra really guys? It's pretty obvious that he is the villain. I think "Fo Shizzle" is no longer a "cool" term in 2012. Stop trying to be hip guys you are definitely not. Wow that was a bit racist I believe. Oh God the dogs are eating C4! Yeah I don't think that is an appropriate term. A camel named Cammy how creative. When a dog is exhausted it shows. So yeah if you are going to make the noise shouldn't they have the face to match. The sets here are so fake you can tell that the budget probably has gone down quite a bit. I swear that was some horrible and unnecessary CGI smoke right there. That Cleopatra is gorgeous. A fire-breathing cobra!? How did he know they are called the Buddies? Yes because every dog happens to know what quicksand is. That's actually kind of dark if you think about it. Okay that's actually pretty dang funny. Mason Cook is horrible here. The older actors do a decent job with the crap they are given. I did like Ryan Stiles as the Cobra and I always adore monkeys. It's a bit ridiculous and corny. It didn't keep my attention very well either. I kept finding myself occupied with other things. It did have it's moments that I liked. Now off to finish this series once and for all.
