An average movie

Honesty, I had no idea what to expect from this flick but since there was a pretty good cast, I was quite eager to check it out. Indeed, with Kurt Russell, Ray Liotta and Madeleine Stowe... How can you go wrong with such a cast?!? Actually, this cast was not a warranty for success, that’s for sure. First of all, the title was very lame and didn't promess anything good. And indeed, it was basically one of those flicks during which Ray Liotta plays his usual psychotic guy and if you have seen one of those, you have seen them all. Indeed, at the end of the day, the whole thing was just very predictable and rather boring. Basically, it is based on some cheap thrills and, of course, it ends up with a rather annoying twist, something I really dread in your typical Hollywood thriller. At least, you have to give Kurt Russell some credit for trying something else than his usual tough guys and I think the whole thing actually had some potential but, basically, it was just a lazy and unremarkable thriller, nothing more. To conclude, even though there was an attractive cast, it was just rather weak and it’s not really worth a look in my opinion.
