An average movie

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much with this flick but, somehow, I still ended up watching the damned thing. I have nothing against Ashton Kutcher, in fact, he displayed some potential in ‘That '70s Show’ but, unfortunately, the guy turned out to have a rather underwhelming. In my opinion, eventually, he will be mostly remembered for managing to get married not only with Demi Moore by also with Mila Kunis. Concerning the late Brittany Murphy, I always had a weak spot for this actress and she was once again really charming in this movie but she was not helped by this poor script and the poor directing... In fact, I saw most of the movies directed by Shawn Levy and, except for ‘Real Steel’ which turned out to be at least decent, all his other directing efforts were in fact seriously underwhelming. Anyway, coming back to our main feature, there was barely anything funny at all which was rather distressing when you consider that it was actually a romantic comedy. To conclude, even though I have seen worse, the whole thing was still pretty weak so I don’t think it is really worth a look and worth your time.
