Dance Dance Revolution how it's meant to be played

This is some japanese guy in a arcade in London and he's really fast! This video is not sped up. Why should I do that? I don't even know this guy! It's filmed with a digital camera though, so the framerate is quite low, maybe that's the reason it looks sped up.
