Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel!
In today’s episode, I had the opportunity to interview Kelsey Rule — a true cheerleading icon! If you don’t already know her, Kelsey is one of the most iconic athletes to ever wear the World Cup Shooting Stars uniform. She’s also one of the top tumblers in all-star cheer history and a three-time World Champion (2007, 2008, and 2009).

We dive into everything — from how she first learned to tumble to making history as the last female athlete to throw a double-double on the Worlds mat.

Kelsey opens up about her experience as a cheerlebrity, sharing both the highs and the challenges that came with it. She also reflects on some of her favorite Shooting Star routines, including the iconic 2010 Latin year and the unforgettable 2013 season, when the crowd erupted after her final tumbling pass on Day 2 — honestly, one of the loudest moments I’ve ever witnessed at Worlds.

It was such a joy to catch up with her, and I’m beyond excited for you all to watch this conversation.

If you enjoy it, please leave a comment below — I’d love to hear your thoughts!
