Miss World Bulgaria 2018
Grand Final held at Rainbow Plaza, Sofia
Kalina Miteva succeeded Veronika Stefanova as Miss World Bulgaria 2018, on Wednesday 12th September. Twenty-two contestants competed for the title! The contest broadcasted on TV channels Btn, Btv, Nova, Channel 3, Kis 13, Bulsatcom, Livingstyle TVs Codefashion TV, Eurocom TV and In Life mass media partners. There was also a live broadcast on the Miss World Bulgaria Facebook page.
The chic opening of the show saw contestants model Aries Unique outfits by Svetla Dimitrova. The Contestants glistened on stage, in another fashion section, when they modelled sophisticated evening dresses by Stoyan Radichev and Swarovski jewelry. In one part of the show, every contestant wore a different traditional costume to proudly promote Bulgarian heritage too!
Kalina is a 19 year-old model and student at Cardiff Metroploitan University in Wales, UK. She is originally from the Miss World Bulgaria host city of Sofia. Kalina enjoys sports, especially gymnastics and skiing.
