Dear spinning world -- it is time for reflection | Carolina Klüft | TEDxLinnaeusUniversity

This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Have you ever dreamt of becoming an Olympic Gold Winner? Paying attention to your self-confidence as much as paying attention to your self-esteem is a lesson that taught Carolina Klüft to become a megastar admired by many. Carolina’s experience tells us that “the ability to switch between “just be who you are” and “perform what you do” gives you an opportunity for both reflection and action to achieve what you desire in life.

Carolina Klüft is a determined, focused and happy individual that loves to live but cannot stand injustice. For most of her life she has been an athlete but she also involves herself in questions regarding our society and its complex variables. She is and always will be a multieventer who loves variation, diversity and to see the world out of the big picture consisting important individual parts. Carolina won the Olympic heptathlon title in 2004. She is also a three-time World and double European heptathlon champion
