Northrop Grumman UK Head of Talent, Sophie Ball joined the Employee Activation podcast to share how the business has been establishing and championing DE&I programs across the UK.
Among these programs was an initiative to hire people from diverse backgrounds into Northrop Grumman’s workforce using a skills-based approach. Leveraging WithYouWithMe’s talent creation services, they used psychometric and aptitude testing to identify a team of Squad members from a range of different employment backgrounds who demonstrated strong potential for sought-after roles. Next, they provided them with the training required to perform in those roles and deployed them into Northrop Grumman UK’s team.
