Once upon a time (the same day we filmed Lead Kindly Light!), we filmed a little live music vid for an original song I wrote called 'Miraculous' (on What Heaven Feels Like EP). Again, super rough production and audio - you can even see someone moving in and out of the shot a couple of times haha - BUT for some reason I just like this one live so much better than recorded and comped and perfect-sounding. The spirit of the song is so raw...the live performance just feels more authentic to me. (anyone else with me on this one..??)
Some of my favorite lyrics I've ever written are in this song. It's all about the power of God changing and lifting us when we feel like breaking is our only option - how our modern-day miracles are often miracles of the heart.
