Remember you can start CARiFiT workouts once you have had your 6 week/12 week check depending on the type of birth you had…good posture and engaging your core is key, as is great positioning in your carrier. Choose your fitness level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and give our 12 minute workout a go! Weights from intermediate and up, grab 2 small cans of beans or small bottles of water if you don't have weights.
All you need is a stopwatch…to run through the 3 move circuit 3 times (ideally!!!)!
