เรื่องย่อ :
นงเยาว์เป็นหมอเถื่อนรับทำแท้ง ได้อุปการะประคอง และทับทิมลูกสาว และให้ประคองเป็นผู้ช่วย รันลูกชายนงเยาว์เป็นหนุ่มรูปหล่อเจ้าชู้ควงสาวไม่ซ้ำหน้า มักพาผู้หญิงของตนมาทำแท้งกับแม่เสมอ ทับทิมสงสัยในอาชีพของแม่ ประคองบอกความจริง และเล่าว่ารันก็เป็นหนึ่งในเด็กที่ถูกทำแท้ง แต่รอดชีวิตมาได้ และนงเยาว์รับเลี้ยงไว้ ทับทิมเสียใจมากตั้งใจว่าจะเรียนให้จบ พาแม่ออกจากที่นี่ให้ได้ วราภรณ์เพื่อนสนิท ทับทิมถูกรันทิ้ง ทับทิมจึงต่อว่ารัน และพลั้งปากบอกความจริงเรื่องรัน รันเสียใจหนีออกจากบ้าน
ทับทิมเรียนจบพยาบาล และพาแม่ไปอยู่ต่างจังหวัด ที่นี่เธอได้พบกับหมอรัน รันไม่สบายหนักทับทิมได้ช่วยดูแล ทั้งคู่ผูกพันกันจนเกิดความรัก แต่ทั้งสองยังคงจะรอวันที่จะสร้างฝันชีวิตครอบครัวให้สมบูรณ์
Synopsis :
Nongyao is an unlicensed doctor who makes a living on illegal abortion. She also supports Prakong and her daughter Tubtim. Prakong works as her assistant. Nongyao has a young and good looking adopted son, Run, who flirts with many girls and always brings his girls in to have abortion by his mother.
Tubtim is suspected about the work of her mother, so she tells her the truth, and about Run, who has survived when his real mother came to have an abortion and was adopted by Nongyao. Tubtim is very sad, and makes up her mind to finish her education quickly and to take her mother away from all this abortion business. Run finds out about his past and runs away.
Tubtim finishes her nursing school, takes her mother to live in some up country town. There, she meets Dr.Run, but he is in bad health, so Tubtim takes good care of him. Finally they fall in love and wait for the right moment to have a perfect family.
