How to Play Dr. Strange in Dungeons & Dragons

Now that we're in the Endgame, we need a Dr. Strange Build for D&D 5e. Cast a bunch of funky spells and pick some of your own favorites. This is a straight forward caster build, in that it's not straight forward at all.
