Canada's PM Justin Trudeau delivers election victory speech

The Liberals won more seats than any other party but failed to win a majority. Trudeau currently has 157 seats - exactly the same number won in 2019. That's 13 short of the 170 needed for a majority.

During his victory speech, Justin Trudeau committed to getting the nation through the Covid-19 pandemic.
