Hey everyone, todayโ€™s workout is a stretching routine for splits, do these twice a day to achieve the results fast!

0:00 - Lets Start
0:16 - Left ludge
0:25 - Lift and stretch your right leg
0:39 - Left backward ludge
0:56 - Get down on left ludge&pulse
1:11 - Side lunges
1:26 - Right ludge
1:37 - Lift and stretch your left leg
1:50 - Right backward ludge
2:01 - Get down on left ludge&pulse
2:19 - Lay on your back and stretch the legs
3:26 - L leg split and bend your front leg
3:46 - L leg split, bend back leg
3:59 - Left backward ludge stretch
4:16 - R leg split, bend back leg
4:31 - Right backward ludge stretch
4:47 - Do a middle split and stretch on both sides
5:07 - Same position, bend legs together and stretch
5:40 - Stretch for left leg split
6:03 - Stretch your back leg
6:20 - Lower your upper core
6:40 - Stretch for right leg split
7:07 - Stretch your back leg
7:20 - Lower your upper core
