"Fixing?" Batgirls...Making A Better Spellbinder...And Book

Spellbinder, the classic DC Comics silver age villain, finds himself revamped again. This time in the comic Batgirls which spun out of Infinite Frontier. Stephanie Brown, Cassandra Cain and Barabara Gordon are all Batgirl and they find themselves facing a mysterious new version of Spellbinder. Taking some cues from Batman Beyond this orange horned menace will push the girls to their limit...or will he? Batgirls presents an intriguing story with some equally intriguing problems that should they be fixed could change the book for the better. We examine the first arc of Batgirls as it pertains to Spellbinder and examine some different ways this series could have gone, and ended up in the same place...but better (maybe?)
