เรื่องย่อ
พุทธศักราช 2449 แผ่นดินลุกเป็นไฟ ผู้คนเดือดร้อนไปทั่วจากกลียุคข้าวยากหมากแพง หลังสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2 เกิดโจรร้ายออกปล้นสดมภ์ไปทั่วทุกหัวระแหง มีเพียงหนึ่งที่แตกต่าง “เสือใบ” (อำพล ลำพูน) คนดีที่ชีวิตถูกลิขิตให้เป็นโจรผู้ยิ่งใหญ่แห่งเมืองลพบุรีที่กลายเป็นตำนานเสือใบ จะปล้นเฉพาะพ่อค้าคหบดีที่เลวๆ
ที่ขูดรีด เอาเปรียบชาวบ้าน เพื่อแจกจ่ายเงินนั้นกลับคืน แต่ถึงอย่างไรขึ้นชื่อว่าโจรก็คือผู้ทำผิดกฎหมาย ทางกรมตำรวจ จึงเรียกตัว “ผู้กองยิ่ง” (ดอม เหตระกูล) อัศวินโล่ห์เงินแห่งกองปราบเข้าพบ เพราะเป็นเพียงผู้เดียวเท่านั้น ที่จะรับมือกับเสือใบได้ เสือใบรับมือกับผู้กองยิ่งโดยมีเสือยอดเป็นมือขวา การตามล่าอันตื่นเต้น ชั้นเชิง ไหวพริบ ที่หยิบมาใช้จากเสือร้ายกับตำรวจ ผลสรุปจะเป็นเช่นไร คำตอบอยู่ในภาพยนต์อลังการแห่งปี 2541

Sysnopsis :
In 1946, after the war, the country was in chaos, people were suffering and robbers were everywhere. Only one was unique, Sua Bai, a good man whose destiny turned him into the legendary bandit of Lopburi,
stealing from the merchants and the rich who took advantage of the villagers and giving it back to the poor. Branded as an outlaw, he is pursued by the police. Captain Ying, from the federal police department, is assigned to the case, to bring Sua Bai to justice with the help of his aide-decamp, Sua Yod, the Double Pistol. The hunt is exciting, crafty, and full of action taking off from “cops” and “robbers”
