Oh yes!!! You know it!!! It's FULL BODY FRIDAY! Again!
Get a kettlebell, a dumbbell, or a container with a
handle and you have an AMAZING workout! Get after
it ANYWHERE! No excuses
Workout deets (12-16 reps for 3-4 rounds)
1. Lunge back to squat clean press
2. Static V w single arm Arnold presses
3. Static sumo w curl to press forward
4. Single arm swing to OH squat
5. Alt arm lateral lunges
6. Lateral walk uneven hollow body push ups
7. Squat swings to alt arm rear raise
8. RDL with alt side row
