Happy Monday! Ihope everyone's weekend was
amazing. I was tired a bit this morning, but.. I know
what working out does for my mental heath, not just
the physical aspect, and how it sets the positive tone
for the week, so no excuses!!! Got up and crushed it!
Often people will say "you're on vacation, take a
break" etc. If you need it, by all means, take it But
if you don't, keep moving. Even on vacation! Gift
yourself daily therapy.And if you think about it, it's
such a tiny portion of our day.. remember, it's our
minds that make it this insurmountable mountain.
Workout deets -8-16 reps for 3-4 sets
1. Straddle squats
2. Prisoner KB drags
3. Nordic hammie curls
4. Deficit RDLs
5. Good mornings
6. Curtsy walking lunges
7. Shoulders on Swiss ball hip thrusts
8. Exaggerated plate hip hikes
9. Side to side squatted plate push
