Who else loves upper body days??? For my ladies,
how many (if any) days do you work out your upper
body? Lemme hear your thoughts on this
My Crew and I love our upper body + core days. Yes,
my Crush It Programs place a higher focus on legs/
glutes (as I do myself as well), but a well balanced,
strong physique is crucial to overall health and
physique development. A well developed upper body
will enhance the appearance of a smaller waistline as
well. Furthermore, it gives our lower bodies a chance
to recuperate and develop.
Workout deets - 8-12 reps for 3-4 sets:
1. Squatted reverse flies
2. Face pulls to straight up arm raise
3. Bent over lat pulldowns
4. Kneeling horizontal bicep curls to press
5. Triceps extensions
6. Lateral raises
7. Lat pulls
8. Kneeling crunches
9. Front delt raises
