【Synopsis】
After a collapse of Gorgom which is the evil society threaten the world, Kotaro Minami was living a normal life. One day, the cloud of the Crisis Empire begun to gather over him suddenly. Kotaro was deprived the Kamen Rider's power by them and thrown into the space. However, he got the power of the Sun and this power made him KAMEN RIDER BLACK RX.
