I never expected my instagram to get this big. I’m actually a shy person, someone who doesn’t like to be the one in the center of attention. I like to build, create and inspire.
When I started my instagram I was not at the best place in my life. I was struggling with my health, I had a full time job and also worked extra on the weekends. At the same time I was trying to find a balance in my life with everything else around me.
I was exhausted when I got home in the end of the day but I still wanted to make the most of the small amount of time I had before the day was over. I decided to spend that last hour in the gym and I pushed myself to go 4-5 times a week. Even if I didn’t feel like going, I went there and did my best. The feeling after made it worth it every time.
I was working hard to build and shape a strong and healthy body and at the same time share my journey with you. Ever since the start I created all the content on this account to make it as personal as possible. I pick out the locations and always have a vision in my head how I want my photos to look like before I create them.
Everything I loved tuned into this, and here I am today with a community with 6 million amazing people. Hopefully I inspired some of you along the way too. ❤️
