Product Info:
Robot Turtles, the most-backed game in the history of Kickstarter to date, brings the world of coding to preschoolers. The goal of the game is to get your turtle to its matching colored jewel at the center of the game board. How you get there is up to you. You can play the game with two to five players but ultimately each player (Turtle Master) is working at his/her own pace to reach the goal. If one player reaches his jewel first, the rest of the players continue playing until everyone gets to his/her jewel.

Cards are sorted into five piles, noted by color. Each colored code card will allow players to move their turtle in a different direction around the board. Turtle Masters will start with the Turn Right, Turn Left, and/or Step Forward cards for the first game. Jewels are placed at the game board's center and turtles in one of the four corresponding corners. The youngest player goes first and play continues clockwise. Players select code cards and place them in front of themselves moving their turtle on the board according to the cards' directions. Cards should be placed in line so kids are essentially creating one long program. Play continues until the players reach their jewels.

To undo a move during your turn shout out "Bug!" and grab the bug tile to undo the move. Then the Turtle Master may play a new card. As kids develop a better grasp of the gameplay, you can add in additional Unlockables cards. To do so, place titles around the gameboard before the game begins such as Ice Walls, which kids will need laser cards to break through; Stone Walls, which will force Turtle Masters to change their path; and Crates, which can be pushed along in front of your turtle.
