I wanted to film a video just talking about this topic because it really does seem 'popular' these days for people to call themselves too fat, too skinny, too ugly...everybody wants to be 'pretty' or 'hot', but the thing is when you feel confident you ARE pretty/hot no matter what you actually look like! What people are attracted to in friends/partners etc is confidence, it's such a great quality to have and it's something we need to focus on building up when we lack it. I used to have zero confidence and hated how I looked, therefore I always felt like crap. But if you follow the tips I share in this video consistently over time, I promise they'll help build up a nice strong confident shell around you! Love you, guys&dolls XXXXX
