Delicious marinated tempura shrimp (prawn) recipe. This is my own tempura recipe , I always found tempura to taste a little bland, so I decided to create a marinade that would emphasis the shrimps taste.
What you will need is

Marinade ingredients:

- Shrimp (prawns)
- 2 Tbsp fish sauce (made of anchovies)
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp thick teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seed oil
- 3 cloves crushed garlic

Frying ingredients:

- Marinated shrimp
- Tempura batter (tempura flour 100 g / 3.5 ounces and 160ml / (2/3) US cup water )
- Panko (Japanese bread crumbs )
