In the near future, the only sport that counts is Cage Fighting - to the death.

When a small semi pro team are given the chance to fight against one of the largest teams in the country it could be the answer to their financial problems. However they must put their lives on the line to fight in the cage of death against some of the most vicious and deadly fighters in the world. They don't stand a chance, until a dark stranger with a darker past enters their lives.

Enter The Cage, a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) starring the undefeated British Kickboxing Champion Dean Williams.

The Rotunda Films production focuses on a small martial arts team who compete in Mixed Martial Arts cage fighting. They are down on their luck and on the verge of going bankrupt, until they are given the chance to host the World Champions in a showcase exhibition bout.

While this will give them all the money they need to survive financially, fighting the World Champions is a dangerous and potentially fatal challenge.

Dean Williams has worked on dozens of British movies, where his martial arts skills and stunt training have been as impressive as the talent he has worked alongside, including Oscar nominated, Benedict Cumberbatch. Williams says of the movie:

โ€œThese type of films are often gangster or hooligan films, where fighting skills are reduced to scuffles. Enter The Cage is different as it is a true showcase of the very best of British Mixed Martial Arts skills.โ€

Directed by Birmingham based K. John McDonagh, Enter The Cage promises to deliver a thrilling and unique insight into this fascinating world. Fresh from screenings of his latest award winning film, The Eleventh Hour, at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival, McDonagh says:

โ€œWhile Enter The Cage is set in North America most of the filming will take place in Birmingham. We will be using all sorts of cool locations to create an exciting world that will be familiar with all MMA fansโ€

Enter The Cage will also offer the opportunity for fans of MMA to get involved. The producers are offering a number of support packages, via crowd sourcing site Indiegogo. These range from a cast signed DVD to an amazing Executive Producer position, enabling true MMA fans to become part of the production.
