Ross Lynch To Take On Creepiest Role Yet As Famous Serial Killer

Much to the surprise of fans, Ross Lynch from Disney’s “Teen Beach” has been signed on to play real life serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer in a creepy new bio pic.
While most of us fell in love with Ross when he played the lovable Brady in Teen Beach 1 & 2, and Austin from Austin and Ally, we’re guessing that we’re not going to be feeling the love for his character as much in his upcoming movie, My Friend Dahmer. The movie is a biopic about the notorious serial killer, who FYI used to DISMEMBER his victims and sometimes practiced cannibalism, among other horrific things. Sooooo, yeeahhh...it sounds like Ross is looking to shed that Disney image faster than you can say Miley Cyrus.
And as good of an actor as Ross is, it’s not just his talent that booked him the part--one fan posted a side by side of Ross next to a young Jeffrey Dahmer, and the similarities are scarily uncanny…
Ahh! I don’t think I’ll be able to re-watch “Teen Beach” the same way ever again! But while Ross’s choice to take on such a dark role might be shocking to fans, he’s not the first former Disney star to make that kind of a 180 career move. Stars like Shia LaBeouf, Selena Gomez, and even his Teen Beach co-star Garrett Clayton have all taken on edgier material post-Disney days in order to present themselves as serious and versatile talent. And since playing a real-life serial killer is about as far away from a Disney role as you can possibly get, it’s probably safe to assume that that’s the motivation behind Ross’s decision to sign onto “My Friend Dahmer”.
