Al Lewis performs 'Make A Little Room' for The Crypt Sessions

Welsh singer-songwriter Al Lewis joined us recently for delightful acoustic session.
With a sound reminiscent of the classic singer-songwriters of the 70s delivered with a modern twist, Lewis can count the likes of Cerys Matthews, Dermot O'Leary and Janice Long amongst his fans. Gathering radio support from BBC Radio 1, 2 and 6 Music, along with a Welsh Music Prize Nomination for his debut album, his beautiful heartfelt melodies are paving an extremely bright future for the artist.
Latest album, 'Battles' was recorded and produced by Charlie Peacock (The Civil Wars) in Nashville, Tennesse. His simple yet effective offerings carry over a bed of acoustic guitar and harmonica, with his retro inspired fluttering croons making for the perfect listen.
Fresh off the back of supporting critically acclaimed songwriter Thea Gilmore on her mini tour, Lewis will play a string of shows this month including Manchester, Milton Keynes and St Albans.
