Renee Somerfield was just a young vibrant Aussie girl who loved the beach and oddly enough considered herself a tomboy. But In 2014, all of that changed when Renee got her first part in an international blockbuster movie, San Andreas, starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, released the following year.
But it was her seemingly overnight rise to Instagram fame that changed the game not only for her career but for instagram models everywhere, not to mention the explosion of Australian hotties everywhere making their mark on the social media map.
This cheeky self proclaimed beach bum brings more to the table than just being a babe, she has used her overnight success to partner with PETA and promote the benefits of Vegan life with her followers everywhere, which was great pr for her, unlike her failed campaign with Protein World, where she appeared on an ad that had thousands outraged and sparked criticisms of many and had all of her ads defaced by the likes of “terrorists” as Protein World would call them.
