Synopsis
An American male model (Christopher McCombs) working in Tokyo meets a Japanese actor (Mitsuru Ono) at a photo shoot and the two fall in love. For six months they carry on in secret until one night a text message unravels their relationship and exposes a string of lies.
Tokyo Cowboys presents a true story about the roles society forces us to play in a short film that explores modern homosexual culture in Japan.
Featuring Kosukei Imai and special guest Stefanie Joosten.
Directed by Tomori Tsubasa with Executive Producer Jeff Cisneros and Director of Photography Watanabe Yasuhiro. Screenplay by Christopher McCombs.
