Waist-Training Results After 30 days. Alt Noir Corset 20 inch

This is the end result of my 30 days waist-training that I did with this corset by Alt Noir www.alt-noir.com/ .
The size of the corset is 20 inches and my natural waist-line was 23 inches. I don't know if it is thanks to the waist-training or my fruitarian lifestyle but my waist is now 22,6 inches. As much as I love corsets at this point I wouldn't go for something smaller.
