Resident Evil: Revelations is a survival horror game originally released for the Nintendo 3DS in 2012. This version was released a year later for home consoles, taking the original 3DS game and giving it spiffy new HD graphics. The funny thing is...the game looked a lot nicer without them. Even so, Resident Evil: Revelations is a fantastic survival horror game, even on home consoles. Climb aboard the Queen Zenobia, one of the most terrifying and memorable settings in the history of the Resident Evil series. Revelations is a perfectly balanced Resident Evil game, mixing its modern action with its old-school atmosphere in a way Capcom hasn't achieved since Resident Evil 4.
