Escargot and shrimp scampi cooked in the same garlic butter.
Garlic Butter Recipe:
1 lb. Butter room temperature
½ cup finely chopped Parsley
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
¼ cup finely chopped Shallots
Mix all ingredients well roll into a log place on a piece of wax paper, butchers paper, or plastic wrap roll cover garlic butter completely and freeze or refrigerate.
