You will Need

8 Inch Round Tin

1 cup of Sugar
4 or 5 Fresh Strawberries
250g-300g / 9oz of Digestive Biscuits
125g / 5 oz Melted Salted Butter
2 Tablespoons of Cocoa
4 - 5 Tea Spoons of Gelatine
Boiling Water
2 x cans (400g / 14oz) Condensed Milk
3 or 4 TeaspoonsVanilla Extract
1 Lemon Zested
800g / 1lb 12 oz of Cottage Cheese
Fresh Strawberries to top the Cheesecake
