Beginners do:
6-8 Burpees
6-8 Push Ups
6-8 Glute Bridges
Intermediate athletes do:
8-10 Burpees
10-12 Push Ups
12-15 Glute Bridges
Advanced athletes do:
12-15 Burpees
15-20 Push Ups
20-25 Glute Bridges
Complete beginners should start with another routine or do it like this:
6-8 Burpees without Push Up element
10-15 Push Ups hands elevated (rings, sling, bar, stones, banks etc.)
10-15 Glute Bridges with both legs
