1997年金融風暴席捲泰國，破產自殺事件層出不窮。一位外匯交易員，從紐約趕回曼谷，處理父親跳樓的身後事。碰上因高中出國留學而無奈斷聯的青梅竹馬，更與芳心寂寞的她意外重拾感情；同時，他的弟弟也和鄰居女孩經歷一段脆弱的愛情。在這不確定的年代裡，這兩段關係究竟會往何處去？
坎城金獎導演阿比查邦御用剪接師的首部執導作品，挪用九○年代MV與廣告的通俗視覺風格，以特殊的剪接置入迥異的時代感。
It is 1997, and Mutt, who works as a currency trader in New York, must suddenly return home to Bangkok after his father's suicide. After the funeral, he reconnects with his old girlfriend from high school just as his younger brother embarks on his own fragile romance with a neighbor. With economic crisis looming, both relationships struggle to survive the pressures of uncertainty.
