Yorkshire 5-piece Embrace have announced their return, releasing their first album in seven years with their self-titled new album 'Embrace' released on 28th April through Cooking Vinyl.
The first release from the record will be the single 'Refugees' which will be released as part of a 4-track EP on 10th February, giving a taster of the new record with three brand new songs not featured on the new album. The tracklisting for the EP is 'Refugees', 'Chameleon', 'Decades' and 'Bullets'.
With a #1 album, #2 single, sold out arena shows and over a million album sales behind them, Embrace left the music scene seven years ago on a high. With a fantastic new album which the band are fiercely proud of, conveying a more mature and darker sound for the band whilst keeping their signature anthems and huge choruses, Embrace are set to return with a bang.
Embrace are brothers singer Danny McNamara and guitarist Richard McNamara, bassist Steve Firth, keyboardist Mickey Dale and drummer Mike Heaton and the band recorded the new record in their own studio in Halifax over the last three years.
